Directions

From the Northwest Suburbs: Take I-294E (Tri-state Tollway) and exit at Willow Rd.  Turn left on Willow Rd, heading east one mile.  Turn right on Pfingsten Rd., head south four blocks and turn left on to West Lake. The office is in the Glen Lake Medical Building. 

From Chicago:Take I-94W (Edens Expressway) north and exit at Lake Ave., west-bound.  Go west on Lake Ave. approximately 3 1/2 miles. Turn right on Pfingsten Rd., and head north one block and turn east on to West Lake.  The office is in the Glen Lake Medical Building.
