Dr. Herndon, a graduate
of Brown University, attended the University of Florida College of
Medicine and completed her residency training at
Northwestern University. Her clinical interests
include care for pregnant women as well as management of
gynecological problems such as abnormal Pap smears and
menopause. Her special interest is in evaluation and
management of women who are at high risk of developing
breast cancer. In addition to her clinical duties she
serves as Director of Residency Education in the department
of Ob-Gyn at Evanston Hospital. She is board certified
and serves as an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics
and Gynecology. She enjoys sailboat racing, running and
church activities. She is married and lives in the area with
her husband and two school aged boys.
